Kappetijn Knives's stainless steel folding knives are handmade in 420HC stainless steel. Blades hardened to 56-57 HRC and triple tempered. Blades are highly polished. Handle materials used are Stag Horn, Walnut, Bone and Water Buffalo Horn Plates (ranging from light white to black). Each knife is unique.
